Mouthpiece required
Ear plugs required
Five slaps per competitor per match
Feet cannot move sideways or lift off the ground while attempting a slap.
30 Seconds between slaps
Arms cannot bend while slapping
No Palm slapping
Referee and will make the call on the winner, the competitor does not tap out
Body cannot twist pass the side of the body while attempting a slap
If a palm slap occurs the competitor is automated disqualified (No 2nd chance)
Competitors must hold the hand bar grip on the table while beginning and finishing the slap
Competitor that is being slapped must grip both hand bar grips on the table.
Amateurs must wear head-gear provided by the event
No experience necessary
Amateurs must wear hand gloves provided by the event
No required uniform to compete
One coach or corner man per competitor
